Lisa is a licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist. She has been a part of the Merle Norman family since 1997. In 2007 she took ownership of the Framingham store and expanded it to serve all of her client’s beauty needs. In 2018 she moved the store to our new, beautiful location on Route 9 in Southborough, MA.

Serena

Hi, my name is Serena Robinson, licensed aesthetician with over 20 years experience. I am a wax specialist, pro makeup artist with experiences from MAC YSL and Armani. Brides are my passion and I’ve been doing weddings for over 15 years and I love the skin behind the makeup. That’s why I specialize in different types of facials, peels, Hydro facial and micro dermabrasion. Specialize in acne prone skin and anti aging facials. I offer bikini and Brazlian waxing nothing like you’ve have before with a fast and painless experience. In the past, I’ve worked at waxing places that make you go learn fast waxing which I find to be the best technique. Brazilian and bikini waxing is not a spa experience. It’s uncomfortable for most people until they experience me.

Gina is a MA-licensed Aesthetician, Intuitive Psychic, and Reiki Master with a passion for holistic wellness and skin health.  With over 14 years of experience working with sensitive skin and sensitive people, she specializes in gentle, effective skincare and body treatments tailored to soothe and heal.  Using techniques like Gua Sha, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and her signature Intuitive Reiki Massage, Gina listens to your skin and energy field to restore balance and help you embrace your glow – inside and out.
